Nice! This is the first animation mentor film I'm seen in progress. Can't wait to see the finished version!
Also there is a pretty interesting documentary called Leonardo's Da Vinci's Dream Machines where they actually looked into making the inventions for real. I just thought it might interest you if you haven't seen it.
